Come join this amazing yoga class. It will provide participants with a one-hour weekly practice of easy stretching and beneficial relaxation that can help to strengthen muscles and bones, improve balance, and assist with restful sleep. This class is taught by instructor Jenny Howard Owen. She is a certified and registered yoga teacher (RYT200). All adults are welcome, Participants should bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
