Come join this amazing yoga class. It will provide participants with a one-hour weekly practice of easy stretching and beneficial relaxation that can help to strengthen muscles and bones, improve balance, and assist with restful sleep. This class is taught by instructor Jenny Howard Owen. She is a certified and registered yoga teacher (RYT200). Funded by the Bluegrass Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living. Participants age 60+ are especially encouraged; but adults of all ages are welcome. Participants should bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Sponsored by Anderson Community Education
