Moon Ceremonies Workshop

November 9, 2015 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

| $20

From the earliest of time, people have recognized the importance of the Sun and the Moon. Farmers continue to plant and harvest in accordance with the phases of the moon. Benjamin Franklin published the lunar calendar in Poor Richard’s Almanac to help Colonial farmers plan their plantings. The moon is responsible for the tidal shifts in the Earth’s great bodies of water. This class is designed to help us understanding our connection with the moon and ways in which we might celebrate that connection. To register for the class or get more information, call Pam at 859-324-0463.  Cost of the workshop is $20.
