Gluten FreeGluten is known for giving baked goods their fluffiness. Gluten is frequently found in breads, cereals, pastas, and other bakery items. It can be very tricky to maintain a healthy and satisfying diet when so many foods must be avoided due to gluten sensitivity. Learn about all the ways around gluten sensitivity when preparing foods gluten free. Come join us for this lesson at the Extension Office.
