Anderson County Community Service Day

April 15, 2016 @ 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

On April 15th, Lawrenceburg will celebrate its third Community Service Day in Anderson County.  Mayor Sandy Goodlett along with many mayors throughout our nation will engage citizens, improve lives and strengthen communities through community service.

Mayor Goodlett has designated the third Friday in April, being April 15, 2016, to have citizens of Anderson County unite and engage in a day of community service.   We hope you and your business, group, family, or individual will choose an organization, group or person having a special need and extend a helping hand of service to them.

It will be a great day!  Please make a plan to participate and take the opportunity to involve children in learning to volunteer and serve others.

Photos are appreciated and can be emailed to Jacque.zeller@anderson.kyschools.us  to be sent to Frankfort for our legislators to see citizens working together for the benefit of improving Anderson County.
