AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE-Very Basic ASL for Parent and Child Together

When: Tuesday beginning June 7 from 5:30-7:00 p.m.
Where: Anderson Adult Learning Center at 219 East Woodford Street with certified instructor and deaf educator, Arlene Hoffman.
Cost: $69 for 8 weeks parent and child instructor (one fee) 
Description: This class gives the parent and child an opportunity to learn how to use fingerspelling, ASL vocabulary, numbers, colors, family members, home, animals, foods, time, and ASL facial grammar.
Instructor uses pictures and cards to demonstrate.  This is an excellent opportunity to learn together to communicate with your deaf or hard of hearing friends. A Family ASL Certificate is giving upon completion.
Please bring lined paper or notepad and a pencil or pen.
