Local Author to Celebrate New Published Book With Signing

Well known Anderson County author, Ann Gabhart, will be celebrating publishing another new book this weekend with a book signing.  The third and quite possibly last book in her Hidden Springs series will be Ann’s 31st published book.

According to Ann, the Hidden Springs series are murder mystery books based loosely on Lawrenceburg’s Main Street.  The new book, titled “Murder is No Accident,” was inspired by the Ripy House on South Main Street.  There is also a brand new character: a 15 year old girl that will be playing major part of the story.

Ann also explained that she really appreciates her hometown readers. “It’s fun to have people who have known me for a long time to read my books, and it’s fun to have new people to Anderson County pick up my books,” she said.

To celebrate the release of her new book, Ann will be holding her first book signing of “Murder is No Accident” right here in Lawrenceburg this Saturday from noon to 3pm at Tastefully Kentucky which is located at 126 S Main Street. “They’re very good supporting my books and have many of my books for sale at the store,” she said.

Although the book will be officially released on March 14th, she explained that those who attend the book signing will be able to purchase the book early.  She hopes to see many people enjoy this next novel.  “Hopefully people will enjoy coming back to Hidden Springs to see who murdered who now,” she said.
