Another new store downtown will be celebrating its one year anniversary.  Frame Clinic and Art Alley opened last year on West Court Street offering a one stop shop of great local art and framing services and more.

Brenda Gardner, owner of Frame Clinic and Art Alley, says being at the new store is like being at home.  She is incredibly thankful for the support from the community and the great reviews of the store on Facebook.

During the past year, she has seen the local artists represented at the store grow in creativity.  She also seen travelers to Lawrenceburg fall in love with the town and the residents.

One of the most meaningful events during the year happened not long after Brenda opened her store.  She explained that her daughter at the time was in the hospital on life support.  While handling the tragedy, she found out someone had purchased one of her favorite paintings at the store.

Although she was glad that the painting sold, she was saddened that it was gone.  However, when she got back to her store, she found that the person who bought the painting had wrapped it up and left it for her as a gift.

Now that Frame Clinic and Art Alley is a year old, Brenda explained that she will be celebrating the anniversary this Saturday by offering 10% off all purchases store wide and 30% off of all framing needs for the day.  She will also be doing door prizes and gift certificates give-aways as well as chances to win a piece of art, a shopping spree, gift sets, and even a free class.  There will also be refreshments from 2pm to 5pm.
