“I haven’t met but a very few people in my life that handles things as well as James does,” Julian said. “He’s always thinking about where he needs to go from here”

State Representative George A Brown, Jr, from the 77th Kentucky House District, was also present.  Originally meeting James at a regional Democratic meeting as the new administrator in 2015, he saw James’ passion for Kentucky as talked about issues facing the state.  “I know he’s a good guy,” George said.

James’ wife, Kim, was also present and proud to support her husband on the campaign.  “He’s an amazing man. He’s a man with a servant’s heart,” Kim said.  “He’s always there if someone asks him to help.”
