Bible Reading Marathon Continues Through Cold Weather

Starting midnight on January 1st, a small tent was placed on the Anderson County Court House lawn.  Inside, a group of devout Christians began reading the Bible in a marathon style.  Day and night, people from different churches and organizations would start the next relay, moving one verse at a time in a continuous flow.  They will continue through yet another cold night, ending tomorrow.  The marathon, called Kentucky 120 United, is being hosted in many locations all across the state in a similar fashion.  The video above is an example of the marathon here in Anderson County, showing the dedication from the members participating in it.
