Last night was filled with adorable cuteness as both Saffell Street and Emma B Ward Elementary Schools held Christmas programs.  Starting at Saffell Street, parents and children alike were treated with a full winter festival of activities including pictures with Santa, Christmas movies, hot chocolate, chili dinner, and more.  During the festival, Meredith Hyatt Lewis directed multiple singing performances of the different grades at the school including the Saffell Singers Choir.  Many residents and children attended and absolutely enjoyed the performances and activities.

Out towards the northern part of the county, Emma B Ward Elementary held a very fun and cute performance of 1st and 2nd graders.  Music teacher, Emily Davis, directed the show which was a short musical play called the “Littlest Christmas Tree” depicting acceptance of everyone, even if they’re the smallest.  The play was absolutely adorable and everyone enjoyed it.

Be sure to watch the video below showing parts of both schools’ performances.
