Community Theatre Presents Dracula

The Anderson County Community Theatre has put together a great new play for Halloween.  Dracula is the new performance to put a few chills and screams into the audience.  Directed by veteran community theatre director Angi Robinson, the performance features an adapted version by William NcNulty of Dracula based off of the dramatization by John Balderston and Hamilton Deane from the original novel.  The cast is a diverse group with over half being new to the Anderson Theatre and with ages between 9 and 46 years old.  There are a number of students and parents acting in the play as well as National Guardsman, Chase DeMoss, who plays Dracula.  The play will have its first showing tonight at the Anderson County High School Theatre at 8pm and others on October 24, 30, 31, and November 1st.  Friday and Saturday performances will be at 8pm while Sunday will be at 2pm.  Tickets are $10.
