Bearcat Pride Received $10,000 Donation from Ishmael Family

Last night, right before the half time performance from the ACHS Marching Band during the Bearcats football game, the Ishmael family donated $10,000 to the Bearcat Pride Foundation for the construction of a new multi sports field with artificial turf which will replace the current high school football field.  Dutch Ishmael was the high school football coach here in Anderson County from 1968 to 1973.  He and his family currently lives in Mt Sterling and is the owner of Dutch’s Chevy/Ford which he runs with his son and former ACHS quarterback and alumni, David Ishmael.  The foundation is incredibly grateful for the donation is now one step closer to realizing the dream of a brand new field.  Present for the donation and picture was, from the left, Chris Glass, Patrick Peters, Max Ishmael, Dutch Ishmael, Pam Ware, David Ishmael, Trey Ishmael, Jenny Kays, Travis Kays, and Tamara Smith.
