Even though it was hot and humid, many kids and parents turned out for the Anderson Public Library Summer Reading Program finale.  The library put together a spectacularly fun event for the kids with a number of bounce houses, face painting, games, and more.  Even the Frog from Froggy 104.9 was there greeting and taking pictures with the kids.  Pamela Mullins, the head librarian, said that this was the first time they had an epic finale of their summer reading program, and they had over 100 attendees after the first hour.  Everyone there was having a great time including the Lancina family with parents Randy and Mandi and sons Jack and Raylan playing at the t-ball bounce house.  Dalynn Coffman and son Erick also really enjoyed the event and loved reading the Geronimo Stilton books during the program.
